Here's a sample of the projects we're pretty proud of. Some of these case studies are still a work in progress, but feel free to look through them anyway.

Personalizing Medicare

We created customized views of coming of ager journeys to Medicare based on their scenarios. Our improvements resulted in improved access to Medicare applications, improved customer satisfaction, and more personalized guidance.

Healthpeers

Designing a service to improve the recovery process for heart attack survivors.

LifeBridge Health

We partnered with the regional health system to redesign their public-facing website to serve as a gateway to the Digital Front Door project, a project to merge all digital touchpoints and improve how they direct patients to the appropriate form of care.

We built a data-informed roadmap of potential initiatives to improve the beneficiary and coming of ager experiences on Medicare.gov

DC Lindy Exchange

We built a plan for digital transformation of the annual swing dance event, including digital marketing, website guidelines, dashboards for benchmarking and measurement, and strategy for a website redesign.
