Creating an intelligent onboarding tool for project teams

We designed and prototyped a Slackbot that streamlines project onboarding, delivering document summaries and task liststhat help our team find the right information at the right time. Our project tied for third in the 2025 Fearless Purple Hackathon despite an unfinished body of work.

Improving Medicare sign up processes for new beneficiaries

We created customized views of coming of ager journeys to Medicare based on their scenarios. Our improvements resulted in improved access to Medicare applications, improved customer satisfaction, and more personalized guidance.

Designing an app to improve the recovery process for heart attack survivors

We designed and prototyped an app that assisted heart attack survivors with their recovery through logging, analysis, and effective user interventions.

Redesigning a regional health system website as digital gateway to patient care

We partnered with our client to design a digital front door that simplifies patient access and reduces the barriers to proper care. We also consulted on building a data-informed CX practice across the entire hospital system.

Transforming a dated website into a modern hub for information about biosimilar medicines

We designed a new website to help the advocates for generic and biosimilar medicines and drive engagement with their users and bring their brand to life.

Modernizing the insurance provider's website to match an updated brand

We conducted a full website redesign strategy, including a robust discovery, IA & content, template configuration, and personalization. Additionally, we served as UX consultants, training the client team to make updates on their own post-launch.

DC Lindy Exchange

We built a plan for digital transformation of the annual swing dance event, including digital marketing, website guidelines, dashboards for benchmarking and measurement, and strategy for a website redesign.

Hosting rapid prototyping workshops to align on a flexible web template for university programs

We conducted a series of five rapid prototyping workshops as part of a website redesign effort to align teams on content needs, hierarchy, and functionality for key templates.
