We conduct mixed methods research that uncovers insights to the most impactful questions your team has. We start by conducting internal research to determine the current state of user research at your organization and draft a research plan that builds off of your team's current knowledge about your users. Once we've drafted the research plan, we handling all tasks that are a part of the research lifecycle from task preparation, recruitment, screening, conducting studies, data analysis, and preparation of insights.
